Returns & Refunds
If you aren’t happy with your order you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of your product. If you do wish to return your item(s), please contact us using our online form (which you can view here). Please tell us the reason why you’d like to send your item(s) back and we will contact you within 3 working days with the details of how to send your order back to us.
Returned products need to be sent back in the protective packaging that they were sent to you in. It also needs to be unused, in the original packaging (where applicable) and in perfect condition. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund if these criteria are met. If the returned item doesn’t reach us, we require proof of postage before a refund is processed. We recommend using a tracked service when sending parcels back to us.
Delivery costs will not be refunded and you will be liable for the cost of sending the parcel back to us. We also request that your order receipt is included in the parcel you send to us for any returns.
We take extra care in making sure your items reach you in perfect condition and all items are inspected before they are despatched to you. If your product is damaged when it arrives, please contact us via our contact page with photographs of the damaged product and we will send a replacement straight away. We will contact you to arrange the return of the damaged product.
We will contact you by email once we have received your returned item(s) and if you have requested a refund, this will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item(s). If you have requested an exchange, our normal Delivery policy will apply from the date we receive the returned item(s).
